At Home Help Me Care we provide a person centred approach to palliative care, enabling people to pass away peacefully at home, surrounded by those they love. We provide a small core team who act discreetly and swiftly to ensure comfort, dignity and the best care.
We can do as much or as little as you need us to do, sometimes it’s just enough to know you have support there.
