“I have found Home Help Me Care to be very focused on client care, wanting to go the extra mile to ensure a great service. They are proud of their point of difference which is that they focus the care individually, spending time with their clients to get to know their preferences. They also have a desire to be a good employer and retain their staff. I believe they are a good team because they offer very different skills to their business and are keen to improve continuously.”
With our warm and friendly team, Home Help Me Care provide a range of care and support services to older people in the Edinburgh area. We work to bring back a sense of community spirit and for people to feel like it’s a family friend popping in to visit.

Our services extend to older people living with dementia and other neurological conditions.
We create tailored care and support, discreetly supporting them through their journey and allowing them to pass away at home with grace and dignity.
Care at home companies (often referred to as ‘domiciliary’’ agencies) like Home Help Me Care are inspected annually by their regulator ‘The Care Inspectorate’. We are delighted to have achieved the highest grade for care (grade 6 =Excellent).
We accept clients in receipt of social care funding from the City of Edinburgh Council, as well as privately funded clients. We provide advocacy for those struggling to navigate the care system and help identify additional support they can access (funding, access to Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists as well as access to specialist support equipment).

“When delivering care, we saw that staff were calm, considerate and encouraging. People experienced warmth and compassion. They were spoken to, and about, in a respectful and caring manner.
Staff had a good grasp of the issues facing people living with dementia and other health conditions. They listened and reassured people and provided information in a way people could understand.”
“Staff interactions with people experiencing care were of the highest standard. Staff treated people with
patience, dignity and respect and were focussed on achieving the best possible outcomes for the people
they were caring for.”
